Join us at Angel Mounds State Historic Site for a beginner-friendly yoga class taught by our friends at Yoga 101! This practice will take place in our Overlook Hall, where you’ll gaze upon one of Indiana’s most peaceful landscapes, a sacred site where people have sought balance for centuries. This welcoming and judgement-free environment removes the pressure of a typical yoga studio and is designed for beginners or those new to yoga.Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle; everything else is taken care of.
Dates: Saturday, January 10 and 24; Saturday, February 7 and 21
