This 5 week beginner series is for people who are new to yoga. We will learn foundational standing and balance poses, with proper alignment, modifications and prop usage. The focus of this series is the physical practice of yoga (asana). Participants should have their own yoga mat and have the ability to get up and down off of the floor.
Registration for this series is $89 for all 5 classes.
There are no partial refunds of series registration for missed classes. Each class builds on the next.
