Join Crystal Bergfield for a 5 week series for beginning meditation.
Begins Tuesday October 22, ends Tuesday November 19.
🪷 Crystal will teach a sampling of meditation techniques to help the beginner meditator find the best practices.
Week 1️⃣: Introduction of benefits of Meditation; discuss the qualities of the mind; short practice.
Week 2️⃣: Movement + Stillness; stretch/dance/meditate
Week 3️⃣: Moving inward + Upward; focusing energy for connection beyond self with breath and meditation
Week 4️⃣: Moving Meditation; Metta practice
Week 5️⃣: Sound integrated Meditation (laying down, guided with voice and sound)
Registration for the series is recommended to deepen the experience over a period of time.
