About this Event
A gentle somatic-inspired movement class about discovering and improving muscle imbalances that can contribute to held tension patterns, discomfort and chronic pain. We move into comfort and balance through slow patterns of movement, while focusing on the internal sensory experience of specific muscles that create each action. Students learn to engage and release the correct muscles to develop healthier ways of moving, and to live a life with less pain and decreased risk of injury. All levels welcome.
