Join us for a special outdoor Yoga for Back Pain class by the lake, where we’ll use mindful movement, breathwork, and supportive stretching to help release tension and reconnect with the body. Practicing in nature adds another layer of healing—with fresh air, calming water views, and the sounds of birds and the breeze helping the nervous system settle and reset. This class is designed to be accessible, supportive, and focused on helping you move and feel better.Back pain is incredibly common, whether it comes from sitting too much, stress and tension, lack of movement, muscle imbalances, or simply the wear and tear of everyday life. Often, the body responds by tightening and guarding, which can leave us feeling stiff, compressed, and disconnected from how we move. Gentle, intentional yoga can help restore mobility, improve strength and posture, and create more space and ease in the body.
