Yoga for Awakening with Artemis Yoga

As May comes into full bloom, let the tranquility of Mount Auburn inspire your practice. You are invited to move with intention, breathe with purpose, and awaken your inner vitality through the grace of yoga. In this uplifting class, you will explore both dynamic and restorative postures, finding balance between effort and ease. All levels are welcome and the class can be adapted based on participants. Students should be comfortable kneeling or lying down on the mat.

This series will occur monthly in April, May, and June, offering a variety of yogic styles each session

This class will be held outside, check in will be outside of Story Chapel.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat (available to rent for an additional $5)
