Yoga for Athletes

Join us for a transformative 90-minute workshop designed for athletes of all kinds—runners, gym enthusiasts, football, basketball, soccer, volleyball players, martial artists, swimmers, “retired” and former athletes, along with anyone pursuing an active lifestyle.
