Join us for a 5-week journey in a small, supportive group of just 15 participants at Saha Yoga Studio. Together we’ll gently explore tools to work with anxiety through breath, movement, and reflection.
If attending in person isn’t possible — or if you can’t make all 5 sessions — online and recorded options are available to make this experience accessible to you.
