Yoga for Allison- A Vinyasa Flow

Join us on Tuesday September 1 at The Monarch Yoga for a special Vinyasa flow in support of Allison and her family. Led by Foster Merriman, this all-levels class is a chance to move, breathe, and show up for someone in our community who could use our strength right now.
September 2 is also Allison's birthday. Instead of celebrating at home, she'll be in the hospital receiving treatment. Our goal is to raise enough to fill her wish listand make sure she has an exciting, joyful evening, no matter where she spends it. Every dollar from this class goes directly to Allison and her family. Any donations should be sent to the Venmo link on the flyer, otherwise we will collect cash donations at The Monarch to give to Allison and her family.
