We are blessed, honored, and excited to share "Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training for the Mystic" with Summer Dawn and the Open Hearts Yoga Sanctuary Community in beautiful Granbury, Texas!This fully in person, trauma informed 200 hour curriculum Is accredited by World Yoga Federation, and includes:
*Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (160 hours)
*Reiki 1 & 2 Attunements and Certification (20 hours)
*Introduction to the world of Sound Healing, Astrology, Shamanism, & Magickal Practice (20 optional hours of bonus content).
*Additional immersions and trainings in these mystical studies are available outside of this 200 hour yoga teacher training.
The foundation of all Open Hearts content and curriculum is steeped in Ethics and Integrity of the Healer, and is taught from a trauma informed, loving kindness lens. Ahimsa, non-violence.
We gather on the weekends listed below, plus Sadhana (daily yoga practice) is live streamed from Open Hearts. You are welcome to your choice of joining in person or watching our daily classes online, on demand 24/7.
Opening weekend is a beautiful 3 day retreat to immerse you in the beautiful transformative practice of kundalini yoga.
May 22nd, Friday 2-8pm (check-in begins at 11am)
May 23rd-24th, 10-6pm (plenty of breaks in between)
May 25th, 10-4pm
After the retreat, Sat/Sun schedule is 10am-6pm each day, and begins every other weekend after the initial immersion retreat weekend.
We meet 10am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays, exact dates TBA:

We will also meet every other Friday night in person and on zoom to discuss our required textbook reading, and to practice teacher partner yoga together in breakout rooms to give you incredible confidence and ease while teaching! Those zoom dates will be decided upon by the group after our first weekend training.
In person attendance preferred. All classes recorded in case of absence, and for you to be able to revisit your favorite material again and again.

Meet your trainer:
My name is Priestess Summer Dawn, and I am the director of Open Hearts Yoga Sanctuary, Open Hearts Crystal Boutique, Open Hearts Mystery School, and the Open Hearts Holistic Fair.
I think you all probably heard me say Open Hearts by now, and know that is what I and WE are all about here.
I wear many hats inside this beautiful community in Granbury, Texas. I AM Faith Healer, Interfaith Priestess, Yoga and Meditation Facilitator, Sound Journey Guide, Student, Teacher, Sister, Mother, Daughter, Friend.
Community connection is my heart’s focus. Bringing people together through the courage to be vulnerable, willingness to see and be seen, hear and be heard, love and be loved…it is my honor and life’s purpose to create safe, loving, nurturing, nourishing space for all who desire to re-member themselves as the Divine children they truly are. People come for the crystals and yoga, they stay for the self-discovery and homecoming, the broad range of spiritual offerings centered on deep healing and emotional freedom, and most of all the spiritual family.
Open Hearts is a second home for so many, and I am honored and blessed to hold Sanctuary for all who desire to create the healed, healthy, happy, whole life that our beloved Creator has been waiting for us to claim.
