Shirley is back, offering the chance to stretch, breathe, and relax with yoga for all. Numbers will be limited, so please sign up using the link if you'd like to attend. If all the places have gone you can join the wait l ist. Classes are £10 to attend. Please bring that in cash for Shirley. Also note the other things to bring:
- water (or at least the bottle, we have water!)
- a mat
- a block or cushion
- a throw, blanket or towel for relaxing underneath
