Yoga for All Bodies w/ Jacoby Ballard

You can expect innovative asana sequences, pranayama (breath work), and meditation in every class. Some weeks, we might go upside down. Other weeks, we might roll around on the ground. Come disenchanted, curious, playful, or anxious, and this class will have some medicine for you! This class is about feeling into your practice, rather than performing a practice, and building community from that play of authentic self-connection.
