Start your day at historic Chautauqua Park with a cozy, nourishing, nurturing and energizing 60 minute all levels yoga practice led weekly by Shanti Medina and accompanied by live music with her husband Scott Medina.
This all levels yoga class will leave you feeling relaxed and restored.
Complimentary yoga mats are available at the Lodging Office or bring your own.
Location:
The beautiful Grand Assembly Hall located upstairs in the Community House, which is across Morning Glory Drive to the North from Academic Hall.

Only $15 General Public and $10 for Chautauqua members + lodging guests/

Register in advance to secure your space at the TICKET LINK or DROP-IN the day of at the Lodging Office in Academic Hall before class to get your ticket
