Start your day in one of the beautiful gardens onsite at historic Chautauqua Park with a nourishing, nurturing and energizing yoga practice suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Led weekly by Chautauqua's wellness instructor Shanti Medina and accompanied by live music with her husband Scott Medina, this all levels yoga class will leave you feeling relaxed and restored.
Complimentary yoga mats are available or bring your own.
Investment:
$10 for Chautauqua members + lodging guests/$15 General Public

Location: In one of Chautauqua's beautiful onsite gardens with lots of shade and sun options. We meet on Morning Glory Rd. at Chautauqua Park on the north side of Academic Hall close to the Box Office.
