My Yoga Class for Beginners at 5.30-6.30pm every Monday evening is suitable for all abilities, whether you've practiced yoga before or not, and all are welcome.In a warm and welcoming environment I will guide you through the fundamental Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation practices. I offer support and guidance along the way to ensure that you feel comfortable and to help you build confidence as you progress.
Venue: The Veterans Hall, Clarence Place, Gravesend DA12 1LB (parking on Rouge Lane).
Cost: £9 (discount on block bookings)
As class space is limited, pre-booking is required via www.bookwhen.com/shineyogaandpilates.
I can provide all the equipment you will need but if you have your own mat I’d recommend you bring it with you. I’d also recommend you bring a blanket or thick towel for use as padding or support in some poses.
