Join experienced yoga teacher Amanda Weiss for a 45-minute evening yoga class to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! The session will move your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling more relaxed than you thought possible, all while supporting a great cause!
Yoga is a wonderful way to transition from your busy day to a restorative and peaceful night.
All are welcome (no yoga experience necessary) and modifications will be offered to increase/decrease intensity.
Yoga mats available complimentary of Verizon or bring your own.

• Cost: FREE with a suggested donation of $10 per person
