Yoga for a Cause - benefitting Animal Companion Counseling

Come flow with us to benefit . Animal Companion Counseling is a group of licensed and experienced mental health professionals. Their goal is to improve the mental health and functioning of clients through individual and group services including Animal-Assisted Intervention (AAI). They envision a world in which there is equitable access to, and delivery of, mental health services for all.

100% of all donations go directly to the charity. We thank Fretboard Brewing for donating the space and Anissa Dowling for donating her time and talent in leading the yoga class that is always fun and perfect for all levels.
