Join us for Yoga Flow on the Solar Lawn at Howard Park each Wednesday, guided by Lindsey Frick @flowwithfrick. A motivator and mentor for movers of all experience levels - she is excited to offer outdoor yoga to the community for a fifth season.

You'll get to flow beneath the trees, near wildflowers, with both sun and shade available.
Drop in Fee is $5.00 per class or sign up for the whole session at $30.00/ for 12 classes.
