Come relax on the patio with Sheila Maes leading us in Yoga Flow poses. You will need to bring your own mat. You can pre purchase discounted multiple tickets or pay per class. The class will be held outside on our patio. Class size will be limited. The class will run weekly through Fall. We prefer no pets for this event. Age limit 15+
