Celebrate the mothers, mother‑figures, and nurturers in your life with a morning designed to nourish, create, and connect.We’ll begin with an all‑levels yoga flow, blending gentle movement and breath to open the body and settle the mind. After practice, ease into a guided (or self‑led) floral arranging session, where you’ll craft a beautiful bouquet to take home.
No experience needed. Tea, coffee, and light refreshments will be provided as you create, chat, and soak in the sweetness of the day.
