Yoga Flow and Breathwork with Brian and April
Combine two powerful practices, yoga and breathwork, in one 90-minute session! Join April in a slow flow yoga session designed for all-levels, beginner and beyond, to gently stretch and strengthen the body and mind. This will prepare you for working with the breath and mind on a deeper level with Brian.
Brian will guide you through a 30 minute breathwork and meditation designed to help you release stress, feel grounded, and reconnect with your body and mind. Through mindful breathing techniques and guided meditation, you'll explore simple yet powerful tools to support healing, restore balance, boost energy, and cultivate greater clarity and inner calm.
