A celebration of the UN International Day of Yoga
Yoga Expo 2026, in partnership with the Norwegian Yoga Teachers Association brings together Norway's leading yoga teachers, meditation instructors, therapists, and practitioners of holistic health for a full weekend of sessions, workshops, and deep-dive conversations.
Whether you are a beginner taking your first steps on the mat, or an experienced practitioner seeking deeper insight — you will find your place here.
We celebrate the richness and diversity of the yoga tradition and bring the community together at Northern Light Yoga — an oasis for yoga, meditation, and inner practice in the heart of Oslo.
