Archith uses classical Indian music for a transformational experience. His classes also begin with pranayama (breathwork). He teaches at several studios in the Atlanta area, including Slow Flow, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Yoga Pilates. Archith says the practice of yoga is healing and grounding.
