This truly unique experience will start with first meeting and spending time with the horses, followed by Yoga Euphoria, lunch and then more time with the horses.If you feel drawn to this event more information below.
At Ease with Equines has a herd of 23 mainly rescue horses. We offer a unique experience where you get to interact with the horses in their environment. The yard and horses provide a calm, tranquil setting where you are able to be your authentic self. Each experience is unique and personal to every individual. The horses are loose in their fields and get to chose who they want to interact with, each horse has their own story and connect with people who have had similar experiences. There will be a horse here for everyone.
What is Yoga Euphoria? Its a fusion of my two passions yoga and moving to music.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The yoga euphoria session will start with a gentle yoga sequence practice to bring the mind and body into feeling aligned, centred and balanced. I feel right now we are all going through something either ourselves or we know someone who is dealing with challenges. Which can have a profound effect on our mind, body and spirit making us feel heavy and low at times...
We will be practicing yoga in a partitioned area the field the horses will be in, the horses my come and watch us doing yoga.
I am finding a simple repetitive yoga sequence is helping me work through the tension I'm feeling through out my mind and body.
In the same partitioned off area of the field ,we will then have a 45min to an hour of music movement medicine, this part of the session is an invitation to listen to a curated collection of music via headphones . Each piece of music I have moved and journeyed with, the songs have been the medicine I've needed for my mind , body and spirit.
The invitation is to move in anyway that makes you feel comfortable or you may wish to sit and listen to the music. The curated music is to help shed the possible build up of tension from the mind and body so we can once again feel the euphoric freedom and lightness of our spirit once more ,enabling us to feel more centred balanced and grounded in our lives.
What to expect on the day:
Arriving at 9.45am
10am-11am : Meeting the Horses
11am-11.30am: Tea/Toilet break
11.30am-1.30pm : Yoga Euphoria
1.30pm-2.30pm : Lunch
2.30pm-4pm : More time with the Horses
