About this Event
Come join us for an uplifting yoga session with Cecily at Brompton Library. This energising Vinyasa Flow is designed to help you build strength, stability and flexibility, while recharging you physically, mentally and spiritually. Expect mindful movement, breath-led flow and grounding practices that support a deeper sense of connection within. Suitable for all levels - whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice. Leave feeling refreshed, centred and more grounded. We look forward to welcoming you on the mat.
Cecily is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, with experiences teaching yoga in yoga studio, corporate environment and private retreats.
The session runs Monday 6:15–7:15pm.
We will have some yoga mats available to borrow, but please bring your own if you have one.
The yoga session takes place in the Meeting Room upstairs at Brompton Library.
