This event will start with a 20-minute chair yoga class taught by Rachele Rose, followed by the Meditation on Twin Hearts and mini Pranic Healing sessions with Pranic Healing Michigan.
Pranic Healing is a no-touch, highly developed and tested system of energy treatment that uses prana to balance, harmonize and transform the body's energy processes.
