I’m Jodie Schillinger, a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher Vinyasa & Yin) & Breathwork Instructor. I’m here to offer a fresh, down-to-earth approach to yoga—one that encourages you to move, breathe, and meet your body where it is, one breath and one movement at a time. Through mindful, transformative practices, I aim to guide, support, and create space for you on your journey.
My focus is on Light Yoga for Everyday Living—gentle micromovements that flow into real life, whether you’re looking for stress relief, integration of energy, or simply a way to connect with your body & grow your mental harmony.
Classes are designed to be a welcoming experience for all! Whether you’re new to yoga, haven’t moved much in a while, or simply, the desire to connect with yourself. Think of it as breathing, expanding your mind, and sharing space in your day, to explore you. No flexibility or prior experience needed.
This is about being as you are, moving at your own pace, and finding ease in cultivating clarity within your presence.
