Yoga is known to reduce stress by focusing on breath, body movement, and meditation. It's been shown that lower stress helps improve blood pressure, ease headaches, enhance sleep quality, and assist those dealing with depression and anxiety. Yoga benefits both the body and mind. Spend an hour of your day in a peaceful setting, focusing on YOU! Don't forget to bring a yoga mat for your practice.
