Thursday 10.30am - 12pm
Friday 10.15-11.45am.
The Thursday class is for people who have practiced yoga recently and focuses on a stronger practice.
The Friday class is an ‘all welcome’ session.

Relaxation
Fees are currently £12 dropin for the 90 minutes.
