My courses are a great alternative to a personalised plan if you feel confident to support your little ones sleep independently.

They are designed to give you all the information you need to feel informed about your little ones sleep, as well as some practical techniques to use if you are finding their sleep unsustainable and the course lasts between 90-120 minutes.

In all of my courses, you can expect to learn about:

• How much sleep should you, and your child should be getting.

• How can you structure your child’s sleep in a way that works for their age.

• Top tips for getting your child to get better quality, longer and more restful sleep.

• How to implement a great routine.

• Practical steps to take if your little ones sleep is difficult at the moment, without resorting to the “cry it out” method.
