Come & join us for a beginners / Intermediate session of Yoga & Meditation by Jessica Byatt.
Please arrive 5-10 mins early & wear comfortable clothing together with a Yoga mat if you have one (available on Amazon). Jessica can provide a spare for first-time Yogi’s if you have not got one!
* Warm jumper/blanket/socks for relaxation.
