I ensure that a range of options and modifications to poses are available if you wish to take them.
Join us in our fantastic space. It's a chilled and relaxed class with dim lighting and candles...but always with movement designed to open your body, build strength and encourage flexibility.
You do not have to be flexible, bendy, supple or anything similar.
