Dear friends,
We’d love to invite you to a nourishing day of practice by the ocean with Ewa, Davie and Marina. Our retreat takes place on a peaceful rooftop with a beautiful view of the sea — the perfect setting to breathe, move and restore.
Together we’ll share yoga, prāṇāyāma (breathwork), meditation, mindful walking in nature, and a wholesome Ayurvedic meal. It’s a gentle space to pause and reconnect — open to everyone, no experience needed, simply come as you are.
