Yoga Day at Canopy Park

Join Always Keep Progressing and Mindful Healing Co. for Yoga Day at Canopy Park Saturday, April 12 from 10:00-1:00pm! We will begin with a 45 minute yoga flow followed by a 10 minute soothing sound healing session to enhance relaxation. The remainder of the time will be for prizes, games, and socializing! All ages and abilities welcome, however, the yoga class is best suited for ages 4 and up.

Please be sure to bring your own mat and wear comfortable, light clothing. We recommend eating beforehand and packing snacks, if needed. Water and one goodie bag per family will be provided featuring amazing items from our sponsors!

Check in starts at 10:00am and the flow will begin around 10:15am. Be sure to give yourself enough time for parking. Street parking is available, but limited. We recommend carpooling, if possible.

The event is designed to bring families together through wellness, mindfulness, games, and social activities. Our goal is that it will provide a safe space for children and families to foster relaxation, connection, and fun while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
