This practice aims to hold space for structured exploration of creative movement, leading into full freedom to dance. Starting with the familiar, we’ll begin on our mats, with a grounded yet flowing practice in which we begin exploring free form motions within the foundation of yoga postures (asana). We’ll graduate into more active, freeform movement practices with music you can't help but move to, then take it back down to the mats for more yoga movement synthesis, ending in meditation.
