We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding all-levels yoga practice led by Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga, designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and help you fully arrive in the moment.
As the body softens, Kristal Jem will guide you through a luminous sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls, drum, breath, and intuitive voice. Her soothing soundscape invites deep relaxation, energetic harmony, and a quiet return to yourself.
Practicing outdoors with fresh air, orchard views, and the warmth of the evening sun creates a beautiful blend of nature, movement, and sound.

After class, stay and enjoy a Truck 59 cider tasting experience.
Choose from two delicious options:
• A tasting of four ciders plus a 500ml bottle to enjoy later or on-site
• A full flight of four ciders to savor right then and there
