Join our cosy candle-lit late evening sessions with a friendly group of like-minded men & women. You will work through a series of postures breath work and meditation to help you to sleep well and leave you floating for the rest of the week! These classes are run at the award-winning DNC Dance & Yoga Studio in Cippenham Berkshire.

Or join Thursday lunchtime class led by the founder of DNC Nikita who recently WON the ‘Woman who Achieves 2024 Award’ and was shortlisted as ‘Yoga teacher of the year’ by the National Om Yoga Awards. She is a compassionate and gentle teacher with a desire to see her students develop physically mentally & emotionally.
