This Yoga practice is designed to create better mind - body connection to your core muscles (abdominals, back, pelvic floor & diaphragm). Creating a better connection will help you improve strength, posture, stability, and balance. It can also help you avoid or rehabilitate from injury and pain.
This practice is suitable for beginners & beyond. Everyone welcome.
If you have any injuries or health concerns please inform the instructor prior to the practice to ensure they can give you the best care.
