Join The Mindfulness Movement as we foster tween tranquility, through yoga and mindfulness classes specially designed for middle schoolers! These sessions offer a perfect blend of physical activity and mental relaxation, tailored to meet the unique needs of middle schoolers as they navigate this exciting stage of life.In our classes, middle schoolers will explore dynamic yoga poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Through guided mindfulness practices, they will learn techniques to manage stress, enhance focus, and cultivate inner peace. Our supportive and inclusive environment encourages self-expression and personal growth, helping each participant develop a strong sense of self and well-being.
Whether your middle schooler is new to yoga or already familiar with the practice, they will find joy and benefit in every session. The Mindfulness Movement Yoga Classes provide a safe space for tweens to connect with themselves and others, promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle that they can carry with them into adolescence and beyond.
