Emma will guide you through a 60-minute yoga class, perfect for beginners and those who want gentle morning practice. The class will combine gentle yoga movement, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation, all while you listen to the sounds of spring in a historic orchard. It really is the best way to start your morning.
Please be aware that you will be practising yoga in an outdoor space, so wildlife will be around, such as bees, insects, birds, and butterflies, and the weather may be cold and wet. The class will only be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.
Please wear warm clothing and bring your own mat.
