Please note, this month’s class will be held one week earlier due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Held on the last Tuesday of each month, classes are led by instructor, Elena Moreno-Keegan. She has a life-long passion for living well and helping others live well too. Classes will be held in the Brick Gallery so please enter through the courtyard.
All ages and skill levels are welcome, including first timers. If you don’t have a yoga mat, there are a limited amount available. Wear your comfiest clothes to participate and don’t eat the hour before.
