South Causey Inn is super excited to be hosting Yoga Classes with Stephanie Thompson... Steph is a Durham-based yoga instructor, who has discovered the holistic, wellbeing, and emotional benefits of feeling great with yoga. Steph loves to teach creative flows that connect movement to breathe and help students to destress from their busy minds and everyday chaos. Combining lyrical flows and relaxation with a focus on flexibility, Steph’s classes are a perfect contrast to everyday life.Vinyasa Flow Classes can be booked on the dates and times below:
18:00 - 19:00: (Beginner Friendly)
19:15 - 20:15 (Mixed Ability)

This style of yoga places a strong emphasis on connecting the breath with the yoga poses.
£10 per person for Vinyasa Flow Class. A £3 booking fee is to be made on booking and the £7 will be paid on the night to the instructor.
