Description:A flexible spine is vital for maintaining a healthy body. This class focuses on total spinal health and aims to maintain wellness and resolve issues stemming from stiffness and misalignment across the whole spine, including the neck, shoulders, and hip areas. This class is suitable for all levels
Notes
- Things to bring: a yoga mat, small towel, insect repellent (optional), and your happy smiling face
- Ongoing classes 1x/week on a monthly basis (4 classes a month)
- If there is 5th week for that month- take a break
- Class will still go on rain or shine!
- Location- SkyTerrace 93 Level 4 Roof Garden or Level 2 Pavillion
T&C
- As classes are conducted in a group setting, there will be no refund for participants who are absent, whether due to personal, medical, or other reasons. Make-up class to be completed by the same or following month latest 🙏🏻
- If a session can't be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances such as such as disease or outbreak, or if the instructor is unavailable, the session will be rescheduled to a later date 🙏🏻
