Yoga class in the heart of Lisbon

I am a portuguese yoga teacher who's been teaching Hatha yoga in Lisbon for several years now ( insta at liliana_yogatherapies) and I am also Astrologer and therapist.
My classes are a mix of hatha yoga and astrology, so I call it AstroYoga, because we always align the pratices with the start signs and look at the skies for reflections: as above so below, as without so within.

My pratices take place in Terra Estúdio de Yoga (Metro Anjos).

• 15€/CLASS (Pay on the day)
• Bilingue classes PT/EN

There are mats, props, blankets and tea in this cozy yoga studio, but you can bring your own.
