Our classes are designed to help you align your body, relieve pain, and reduce stress with our posture expert Elena Amani. Her knowledge and experience have been honed over many years, and she now brings that expertise to you through Yoga. Please find us at the Latine American Cultural Centre in Red Hill or via Zoom live session.
