Hello 👋After the success of the first two editions, I’m pleased to offer a Vinyasa yoga class in Darwin.
Vinyasa Yoga is a practise that consists in coordinating breath and movement. The class will take place on Thursday @ Darwin Esplanade at 5.30pm.
Please try to come a few minutes early so that we can start on time.
What to expect:
🧘🏻♀️ 60min class (warm up, main flow, guided meditation…)
🧘🏻♀️ The class will take place on the esplanade, on the grass. It will be at the very end of the esplanade ( right hand side when facing the water).
🧘🏻♀️ It will be a gentle flow, accessible to all levels.
🧘🏻♀️ You don’t need to be flexible to practise yoga, it’s the practise that will make you flexible 😉
🧘🏻♀️ There might be mozzies or sandflies, bring some repellent if you want to. If you are a woman it might be better to wear a legging rather than a short.
🧘🏻♀️ Though I will teach in English, I have a very strong French accent… I can’t help it.
What you will need with you:
☀️ A comfortable outfit
☀️ BYO yoga mat or a beach towel could work too
☀️ Bottle of water to drink after the class
☀️ Bring cash with you or you can pay with bank transfer later. Suggested donation of 10 dollars.
I offer my time and energy to guide you the best during the class and in return I’m asking you to give back. Energetically, it is important that there is an exchange of energy.
It can be 5, 10 dollars… depending on what you can afford at the time 😉
About me:
My name is Prisca. I was born in France sns grew up near Paris. I’ve traveled a lot in my life.
Back in 2017, my passion for yoga led me to Mysore, in India where I took a Vinyasa Yoga teacher course.
Since then, I’ve been teaching at some studios in Paris, at a surf camp in Australia, at Swami Yoga Retreat off Sydney…
I have even published a book in french called Yoga Magique ! A 3 weeks program to change your life through movement and mindfulness.
