Instructor :

Elisa is the founder of "Yogalifemore". She is a certified yoga instructor with more than 12 years of experience, a Sound Practitioner, a breathwork facilitators, she guides meditations and she is a neuroscience expert. Elisa has a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga, creating a safe, supportive, and transformative environment for students of all levels.

Attendees buying tickets for this Event, even when free, hereby release, waive, discharge and hold harmless the institution, its directors, the Yoga teacher, staff and partners from any and all liabilities arising from any untoward incident in participation to this Yoga class, worshop, event and relevant sessions which may result to inury, loss, damage or death.
