What is Yoga Church? - A peaceful community yoga practice to help you breathe and be still {WITH} God.We are an inclusive and judgement-free ministry - open to all backgrounds, traditions and people groups. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Yoga Church is free & open to the public. BYO mat
Our practice includes: 1 hour of restorative yoga, a mini-meditation, hot tea 🫖, honey 🍯 and optional journaling and community conversation.
You don't have to be good at yoga to come to Yoga Church :)
