At Yoga Chaats, we nourish your Mind, Body & Soul.The combination of Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, wholesome Indian cuisine, and Community spirit is the perfect recipe for a morning of self-care and connection.
Hatha Yoga: A practice focusing on, physical postures, breath awareness and mindfulness.
Yoga Nidra: A guided meditation practice that invites deep relaxation and exploration of the mind.
Both are suitable for all levels.
Schedule:
10:20 am - Arrival
10:30 am - Hatha Yoga - Stretch and open the body
11:30 am - Yoga Nidra - Expand and explore the mind
12:15 pm - Lunch by Dark Arts Rebel Kitchen
Please bring a mat and any other equipment you may need where possible, including anything you might need for the Nidra, such as blankets, eye pillows, etc. - we have limited equipment available.
All food and drink provided are 100% vegan, but please let us know of any other dietary requirements or allergies.
Our pricing is on a sliding scale - pay what you think the experience is worth.
