Designed for all levels, this class will guide you through breathwork, mindful movement, and yoga postures, ending with a relaxing guided meditation. Tamara Fidler is a yoga instructor and board-certified health coach who loves helping people find balance, relaxation, and wellness through the practice of yoga. Her classes create a calm and grounding space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Tamara’s gentle guidance will leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
